Since 1998, we have offered colocation services and rackspace solutions from our secure data centre in Victoria, BC. Over the years, our significant growth has required major facility upgrades and expansions and we now have three server rooms available to meet our customers' demands. All server hosting options include diesel generator back-up, 100mbit fibre connections, alarm monitoring, and restricted access policies designed to keep your equipment safe and secure.

Server Colocation: Premium & Budget Data Centres
Monthly Fee	Premium Facilities Starting at $139.00 (rack-mountable machines only, no tower cases) Budget Facility Starting at $59.95 (The budget facility can accommodate either rack-mount or tower cases) Pricing is based on the facility along with your space and power requirements. Please contact our Sales Department for specific rates based on your needs.
Installation Fee	$90.00/HR (9am - 5pm business days) We can normally accommodate new server installations with 24 hours notice. Time is billed in 15 minute increments.
Backbone	E-100 Each server will have a dedicated 100mb network segment to our fibre backbone connection.
Diesel Generator Power Back-up	Yes, our three facilities are connected to our diesel generator power back-up.
UPS Back-up	We will include the UPS with server colocation contracts for the Premium Data Centres. UPS will not be provided with rackspace solutions or for servers hosted in the Budget Facility.
Secure Data Center Canadian Facility	All three of our data centres are located on Commerce Circle in Victoria, BC and are managed by local technicians.
Traffic Rates	Bandwidth is not included with our server hosting solutions. Pay-as-you-go options as well as commited bandwidth contracts are available.
