June 23, 2009 4:04pm PDT: One of our semi-dedicated servers is currently down with a database problem. We are currently restoring the content to a new server and we should have everything back up in an hour. We will keep you posted on the progress of this work.

UPDATE (5:20pm PDT): While all customer content appears to be intact, we will be re-entering lost FTP and MySQL account passwords. If your site does not work, could you please email us (support@wedohosting.com) with the web site URL and the associated information you were using before (specify if it is for FTP or MySQL). We thank you in advance for your patience in this matter. While we have not performed forensics on the original server, it looks like filesystem corruption of some sort that missed the partition where customer content is actually located. UPDATE (6:25pm PDT): While we are still fixing and adding FTP and MySQL usernames/passwords, all of the content should now be online and accessible. UPDATE (7:00pm PDT): We have just finished creating all of the FTP accounts - we ask you to not please use FTP quite yet as we are making sure the FTP accounts are properly linked to your web site content.
FINAL UPDATE (8:15pm PDT): Everything except for FTP passwords should now be working - we are assigning passwords according to what we have on file. While we finish this part, we ask that if you know your FTP password, to please email it to us at support@wedohosting.com (username/password/web site) just in case if it differs from our records.

Also, we would ask you to please bring to our attention any functionality that may be broke so we can take a better look at it. Your content has been restored onto a slightly newer server in terms of versions of Apache/MySQL/PHP, but the base functionality should still be the same. Please report any details of broken functionality to us as well at support@wedohosting.com so we can investigate in a timely fashion.
