To be an authorized affiliate of WeDoHosting.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the YOUR SITE NAME service as an affiliate. By signing up for the YOUR SITE NAME affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
General
These terms and conditions pertain to an individual and/or company's participation in the WeDoHosting.com Affiliate program.

1.Joining the Program By filling out the following form you will automatically become a WeDoHosting.com affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the WeDoHosting.com's site and services to receive a commission based on products purchased by your referred individuals.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities Violation of intellectual property rights (copying WeDoHosting.com material other than Site material and/or material proposed in our member area)

3. Linking to WeDoHosting.com
You may use graphic and text links both on your web site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You must use the graphics and text provided to you by WeDoHosting.com,

4. Affiliate Commissions
You will be paid referral fees for every successful WeDoHosting.com product purchase via online credit card orders. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products bought by yourself or your company. Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of . If the minimum value isn't reached in 6 months time - the check will be given for the value under. If the referred product was refunded, money was reimbursed or a credit card charge backs occurred, WeDoHosting.com has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions.

5. Terms of the Agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or WeDoHosting.com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by WeDoHosting.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

6. Liability
WeDoHosting.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue,commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. WeDoHosting.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of WeDoHosting.com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
